Key Responsibilities
- Perform log analysis and root cause analysis using tools like Splunk
- Troubleshoot API integrations with local carriers such as iPhone activation flows
- Work with dependent platform teams to resolve upstream and downstream issues
- Provide L1 L2 L3 production support and incident management
- Communicate effectively with Japanese speaking stakeholders through email tickets calls and war rooms
- Collaborate with APAC teams in Singapore and India
- Create technical documentation and runbooks
- Contribute to automation initiatives including identifying repetitive tasks and building simple tools to improve efficiency
- 4 plus years of experience as a Systems Engineer Production Support Engineer or Application Support Engineer
