System Engineering Technicians (Manufacturing Assets Management and Manufacturing Execution System)

As a System Engineer technician in GQCP Team, you will be responsible to own and manage configuration and documentation for Manufacturing Asset Management (MAM) for Global Quality operations. You will also be the key person to enable system transition from MAM to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and to influence its corresponding business processes, and to help maintain the MES setup.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage MAM system configuration for Lab Operation
• Configure and maintain MAM process flows and disposition/business rules for the Taiwan operations for all product families and product types.
• Understand engineering and operations needs and business processes and translate those processes into MAM flows using the MAM Document Editor tool.
• Coordinate efforts with counterparts in other locations to ensure global alignment of flows and business logic. Respond to support calls related to MAM tracking issues.
