We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Cedar Rapids production workforce. As a Systems Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
+ Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
+ Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
+ Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
+ Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators
+ Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role
+ Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure
+ Creating and maintaining documentation
