Job Description

• Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks
• Work with vendors to resolve client technical issues
• Analyze diagnose and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment
  
• Implement a variety of IT projects for clients, including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc
• Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• On call rotation
• Maintain up to date time-sheets/ expense reports

Qualifications

• 5 + years’ experience working in a Managed IT Services environment
