EOHHS MDM is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills, above average SQL proficiency, and emerging fluency in AI/LLM based tools. This role blends classic systems analysis with modern AI ‐assisted‐ solution delivery. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and motivated to work in a mission driven public sector environment where rapid, ‐high ‐quality‐ turnaround is essential.


This is a consulting role focused on delivery, clarity, and hands on‐ problem solving. It is not a senior developer role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, clarify, and structure requirements, using both traditional methods and AI assisted‐ techniques.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, data mappings, and workflow logic for MDM and related systems.
  • Use SQL/PLSQL to profile data, validate assumptions, investigate anomalies, and support data quality initiatives.
