Drive IT innovation as a Systems Analyst in our Roadside division. Focus on application support and system integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
You will be tasked with providing Level 2 and Level 3 support, resolving incidents through our ticketing system, and testing new enhancements as directed. Collaborating with both business users and external vendors will be vital for maintaining optimal system performance and adherence to service level agreements. Your detail-oriented approach will play a key role in documenting processes and implementing improvements.
