Systems Engineer (Linux, Unix)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day technical operations, service delivery, and escalations
• Manage and mentor the technical team, driving performance and skills development
• Define and enforce technical standards, SOPs, and best-practice architectures
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud, security, patching, monitoring, and backups
• Plan and deliver client projects, upgrades, and cloud transitions
• Ensure SLA adherence, governance, and continuous service improvement
• Support pre-sales, vendor management, and client technical advisory

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of web components such as Apache and Tomcat.
• Experience with high-availability and clustering technologies (advantageous).
• Solid understanding of storage technologies, including SAN, multipathing, iSCSI, and LVM.
