**Subject Matter Expert (SME)** Bachelor’s Degree + 20 years relevant experience + relevant technical certification/license Master’s Degree + 18 years relevant experience + relevant technical certification/license or PHD + 16 years relevant experience + relevant technical certification/license Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Applies domain and expert technical knowledge.
A degree specializing in Engineering, Mathematics or Science is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage the technical systems engineering life cycle: requirements analysis, configuring, design, development, testing, and deployment of systems.
