Position Overview

TaskUs is seeking an experienced BPO Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for admin and support staff positions in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer and close.
• Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate selection criteria and timelines for delivery.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and educate on interview best practices.
• Passively source top talent and manage a pipeline ready to hire.
• Ensure job postings are accurate, marketable and target the appropriate audience.
• Attend community events to promote TaskUs brand and plan on‑site Interviewing Days.
• Build a bench of qualified and interested candidates for high‑volume roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in BPO Recruiting in Mexico for admin and support staff positions.
