About the role

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in the area of Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains 201 file monitoring.
  • Ensure completeness of 201 files prior to onboarding.
  • Prepare employee materials (IDs, uniforms, etc.).
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process through contractors.
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with contractors
  • Assist in organising and facilitate onboarding process for new employees and on-the-job training personnel.
  • Sort and file HR related documents.
  • Adhere to all the company and departmental policies.

Qualifications:

Essential

  • College graduate of any degree but preferably in Psychology, Behavioural Studies, or Human Resources Management
  • Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS app...
