The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager will be the driving force behind the people strategy across the Ontario market at Tim Hortons. This role combines high-volume recruitment with comprehensive HR management and team development, ensuring the franchise attracts, retains, and grows top talent.
You will oversee the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, training, development, employee relations, compliance, and retention — while leveraging data, technology, and innovative practices to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
