Job Description

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions
  • Coordinating with internal leaders to develop candidate profiles and make hiring decisions
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment KPIs
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Implementing improvements to talent acquisition processes
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition process (direct and indirect), ideally in EMS companies
  • Experience working with head-hunters
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
