Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive and analytical HR professional to join our HR Team in a hybrid role combining Talent Acquisition operations and HR analytics support.

This role is designed for someone execution-oriented, structured and comfortable working with data, capable of managing recruitment processes while also contributing to dashboards, reporting and process improvement within the HR function.

The position plays a key role in supporting the operational scalability and data-driven evolution of the HR area.

  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for assigned roles.
  • Conduct screening calls and first-round interviews in English and Spanish.
