TAP Driver Trainer, E2E Field Learning Excellence

Role Overview

E2E Field Learning Excellence is looking for a Driver Trainer with a proven track record of delivering results and experience in learning and development to support the learning journey of our TAP/IHS drivers. In this role, you will deliver driver training to Amazon's Shunter drivers across the TAP and IHS program including initial training, refreshers and coaching in the yard and in classroom sessions. You will support a range of initiatives to maintain safety standards in our yards working with stakeholder teams including safety, operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Shunter Driver Training including both practical and classroom training
• Liaise with local site teams including learning, HR, Safety, Engineering and TOM to deliver training
• Communicate to internal stakeholders including Operations, Safety, HR and Learning
