TAX ANALYST

Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under the RingCentral account is seeking a TAX ANALYST to join the Transaction Tax team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Month End Reports.
• Prepare USF analysis, Traffic Study reports, and other revenue reports.
• Prepare state, sales‑and‑use tax, and business tax returns using jurisdiction websites and Avalara; ensure timely payment of tax due.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assist with regulatory requirements if applicable.
• Ensure an accurate and timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end accounting close.
• Assist in the preparation of fluctuation analyses and perform financial statement analytics, providing explanations for fluctuations.
• Participate in projects related to business and system process improvements.
