Job Description

Description: As an Assembly assistant, you will: • Upon finalization of the tax return calculations by the tax technical team members, work in a team together with our proprietary technology to assemble final Canadian and US tax return deliverables for our clients, primarily in electronic format • Liaise with engagement teams in the event of missing/incomplete information to finalize the assembly • Electronically file tax returns with the Canadian and US tax authorities on behalf of clients • Liaise with the tax authorities in the event that tax returns cannot be electronically filed, and establish the method of resolution • Assist with other administrative support for the tax return compliance process as required Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE 1: 1+ Years of Co-Op, Internship, Work experience with Tax, General Accounting or Office Admin - Ability to multitask - Tax Filing Experience* (NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERED) - Strong attention to detail (review tax for...
