Horizon Teachers are seeking Teaching Assistants who can empower students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to thrive both academically and pastorally.
This exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work in SEND school located in Croydon starting in May 2026.

The role
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable
Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Provide one to one support or group assistance
Motivating pupils with SEN
Assisting with behaviour management
Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team
