We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in the Winchester area.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide tailored support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within lessons and around the school
• Working 1:1 with students who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Delivering small group interventions and targeted learning support
• Assisting students in accessing the curriculum across a range of subjects
