Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist the team with a range of admin tasks.
  • Support the coordination of the team's response to network faults.
  • Send development plans to mapping via the mapping centre tracker.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
  • Update systems with connectivity issues.
  • Call customers after works to survey our customer service performance.
  • Assist other team members as and when required.
