Position Summary

We’re looking for a team lead to own and evolve our Flex and Managed Services practice — someone who is equally comfortable as a strategic advisor and a hands‑on delivery leader, and who thrives building long‑term client relationships while driving operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Elantis’ Flex and Managed Services offerings, driving operational maturity and continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior team lead and trusted advisor for our Flex and Managed Services clients, with a focus on long‑term partnership and business value.
