Responsibilities

  • Perform and review General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences and variances.
  • Prepare and upload journal entries as part of month-end close activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for reconciliations.
  • Monitor and clear open items, including communication with stakeholders on aged balances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
