BMT is seeking a Senior Naval Architect to manage a portion of the Naval Architecture Team. Supported by the Capability Manager, you will oversee project assignments, conduct team meetings, and foster a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, conducting performance reviews, and assisting with hiring processes, all while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
