What You’ll Do



Lead a team of recruiters – coach, set goals, and keep the energy high.

Own the hiring process – from sourcing to onboarding, especially for high-volume call center roles.

Hit (and exceed) targets – manage daily KPIs, hiring goals, and deadlines.

Find new sourcing channels – job boards, referrals, events, and more.

Collaborate with stakeholders – work with managers to meet staffing needs fast.

Improve the process – keep recruitment smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly.



What You Bring



3+ years in recruitment (BPO, staffing firm, or sales account hiring).

1–2 years in a leadership role.

Proven high-volume hiring success – you’ve filled big numbers, fast.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

ATS and sourcing tool know-how.

Based in the Bulacan and ready to work onsite.
