Location: East India (Kolkata , Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Assam)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month

Reporting To: Senior Manager – Staffing Delivery & Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Blue Collar Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, lead recruiter teams, ensure timely client fulfillment, and drive hiring performance across multiple locations in East India. The role requires strong leadership, client management, bulk hiring expertise, and a willingness to travel extensively.
