Kelly is seeking **Team Leads** in Flint, MI at a brand new manufacturing facility! **(Must have previous team lead experience in warehouse/manufacturing, if you don't then please do not apply for the position!)**
**Shift & Pay rates:**
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs/10:30pm-7:00am/$22.00 Hr. (Overtime mandatory)

+ Responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees.
+ Work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include: Pack product of varying type, Unpack/Repackage product of varying type, Build product bundles of supplies, Build mailing packets, Box printing/labeling
+ Log and track production documentation
+ Ensure safety and quality standards at all times facilitate customer shipments.
+ Ensure safety and quality standards at all times
+ Create reports, GMP, SOP, data entry
