Team Member - Business Redevelopment

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager in our Redevelopment team to drive the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and closure of redevelopment opportunities. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the redevelopment ecosystem, including housing societies, regulatory authorities, and project feasibility assessment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business development activities for redevelopment projects, including opportunity identification, market mapping, feasibility analysis, and preliminary due diligence. Source and evaluate redevelopment opportunities across housing societies, cluster redevelopment projects, and other urban renewal initiatives.
