Overview

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Multan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of dedicated individuals to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain open communication with team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month plus accommodation.
