Tech Lead / Architect — Per-Customer Appliance Platform

Set the technical direction for a sovereign‑data appliance platform built with Claude as the engineering partner.

We’re building a per‑customer appliance platform for regulated organisations — designed around sovereignty, auditability, and fleet‑style deployment instead of traditional SaaS assumptions.

This is a deeply hands‑on technical leadership role. You will own the architecture from initial build through customer go‑live, working alongside a small founding team where engineering decisions made in the first six weeks will shape the platform for years.

You’ll write ADRs, pair with engineers inside Claude Code, review every meaningful PR, and make the hard architectural calls across infrastructure, identity, deployment, and platform design.
