Overview

We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain working with clients on a global scale. They have created a new opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join their team. The role focuses on delivery-led relationship management, service reviews, and ensuring both clients and internal teams feel supported without the pressure of sales quotas.

Location & Compensation

Malaga, Permanent. €55,000 - €60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

This role is split evenly between customer interaction and internal delivery coordination:

  • Conduct service reviews and manage client relationships.
  • Shape demand and pre-emptively address potential issues.
  • Translate technical requirements into layman’s terms for clients.
