Mandatory Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance or technology role
  • Expertise in leading Guidewire Cloud implementations and delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions.


  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead teams in building and maintaining high-quality code and configurations. Mentor developers, architects, and tech leads while driving innovation, governance, and compliance
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, especially front- and mid-office functions, plus APAC insurance or financial services regulations.
  • Transformational Leadership: Ability to advise customers and lead transformation using the Guidewire Cloud Platform.
