Rate: £600/day Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and robust systems within the public health sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure cloud architecture, C#/.NET development, and hands‑on experience delivering solutions in or alongside the NHS or wider healthcare ecosystem.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping system architecture, aligning technical strategy with organisational goals, and ensuring systems meet the high standards required for healthcare environments—particularly around interoperability, scalability, and data governance.
