Min. 5 Year(s) of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works of

. (whether in Singapore or overseas) Track records to show previous projects that took charge. Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
