Your Responsibilities
Technical Coordination and Regulatory Compliance:
Develop concept / schematic designs to detailed designs and construction details for tender, ensuring regulatory compliance. Interpret and develop architectural sketches, specifications, and CAD or manual drafting. Check drawings for compliance to planning and building regulations. Coordinate the preparation and submission of forms, drawings, and information required by authorities for approval, waivers and consultations at all project stages. Liaise with consultants on matters of building regulations as directed by the Project Director / Associate / Architect. Assist the Project Architect during site inspections on matters of building regulations. Attend site or consultant meetings on matters of building regulations. Where required, guide and supervise the work of Junior Technical Coordinators.
