CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Priority #1: Help humans get their jobs done with technology;
  • Act as the central point of coordination between clients and technical teams;
  • Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, impact, and SLAs;
  • Perform basic technical work on service requests, including password resets, user account updates, software installs, basic troubleshooting, and standard change requests;
  • Resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate technician...
