Technical Documentation - Internship

Role Summary

In the role of Technical Documentation Coordinator - Intern, you will support the hydraulic pump manufacturing operations at the Pozuelo Plant by coordinating the management and generation of project documentation, as well as controlling and monitoring the document flow process between all internal and external stakeholders (Flowserve, Clients, Suppliers). You will report to the Major or Run-Rate Projects Team Leader in the Customer Service Order Fulfillment department. In this client‑facing role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical documentation for a portfolio of projects throughout all stages of their execution. You will work directly with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all project management documentation is regularly reported to the client and is executed in accordance with the agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
