Responsibilities

  • Conduct training in basic, common and core competencies in center-based, community-based and online training programs.
  • Prepare session plans, progress and achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Reports (LAMR), and trainee evaluations.
  • Develop Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM) and devices.
  • Conduct studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction.
  • Prepare and administer tests to evaluate instruction.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees.
