Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation/briefing to applicant institution.
  • Check, review and evaluate completeness, correctness and compliance of all Program registration application documents.
  • Review/evaluate application documents for program registration as to completeness and accuracy based on operating procedures.
  • Conduct site inspection and submit inspection report.
  • Prepare recommendations and transmit the program registration application documents to the Regional Office.
  • Notify enterprise to address / comply and submit lacking documents.
