Detailed Job Description 1. Technical Coordination
  • Review architectural structural and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies and technical issues.
  • Raise RFIs technical queries and ensure clarifications are properly recorded and communicated.
  • Coordinate with consultants design engineers BIM team production and site teams.
2. Precast Element Planning & Breakdown
  • Prepare element breakdown (EB) based on project requirements and structural drawings.
  • Categorize precast elements (walls slabs beams columns stairs façade panels hollowcore etc.) with correct numbering sequencing and orientation.
  • Ensure EB aligns with production capacity lifting feasibility and erection sequence.
3. Drawing & Model Review
  • Review precast shop drawings GA drawings reinforcement details and embed layouts prepared by BIM teams.
