Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager with strong AI/ML exposure and hands‑on experience in AI based software delivery. This individual will lead high‑impact engineering initiatives, work closely with onshore stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across offshore teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader, an effective communicator, and a proactive, go‑getter personality who takes ownership, drives clarity, and delivers results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross‑functional engineering teams delivering AI‑enabled and data‑driven solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between onshore business/technology stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution.
