Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly technical Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale, year-plus enterprise initiative focused on stabilizing, standardizing, and automating DEV and UAT environments across 10+ teams. Currently, fragmented and unsynchronized environments are limiting testing capabilities due to a lack of automated code and data replication, creating instability across the delivery pipeline. This role will embed directly with engineering teams to assess the current state, develop and execute a stabilization plan, and implement a long-term environment synchronization and governance strategy. By enabling secure, privacy-compliant (PHI) data replication and consistent code flow across environments, this initiative will unlock advanced testing capabilities and support AI-assisted development.
