Technical Executive

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for supporting the Facilities Management team by acting as the frontline representative to ensure the effective execution of services across offices/laboratories.
2) The technical executive will play a key role in planning, supervising, and coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
3) Provide recommendations to Agency to improve work efficiency.
4) Ensure that all site faults are traced, reacted and responsed within the stipulated response/down time.
5) Prepare site reports.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification in Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance qualification or any related field from recognised institutes by MOM.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management/managing offices/laboratories or similar role.
Good knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical system in offices/laboratories is an added advantage.
