In this role, you will lead the delivery of hard FM services across a technically complex site, managing the full PPM and reactive maintenance programme and overseeing the performance of a team of 6 shift engineers. You’ll ensure operational excellence, compliance, and seamless service across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air‑conditioning systems. With the site’s high technical demands, a strong electrical background is essential, and you will be required to hold—or work towards—AP Electrical status while managing the contract.
