Technical Lead / Development lead (Java)

An established financial institution is looking for a Technical Lead with strong Java development experience to join their regional development team. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and vendors to deliver workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and deploying BPM solutions for banking workflows – including account opening, compliance, loan origination, and customer onboarding processes.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery – from understanding requirements and translating them into technical design, to coding, testing, and production deployment.

• Work closely with business analysts and users to understand process flows and identify areas where BPM can improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
