We're Hiring: Tech Lead .NET / SQL Application Support

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Tech Lead to lead support operations across enterprise .NET and SQL Server environments. In this senior role, you'll own a team of support engineers, drive operational excellence, ensure SLA compliance, and continuously improve the way we deliver support.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of .NET/SQL support engineers, setting goals, KPIs, on-call rotations, and a culture of accountability and growth
• Own end-to-end production support operations, including incident, problem, and change management
• Chair major incident bridge calls (P1/P2) and drive timely executive communication
• Oversee database health, SQL performance tuning, and application monitoring systems
• Build and execute a roadmap for process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements
