Overview
A Technical Lead for the Enterprise Applications team will partner directly with clients to transform business challenges into SAP‑based solutions. The role focuses on SAP development and integration, project leadership, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining high delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP development, integration, and design activities for custom solutions, including build, test, and run phases.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance testing to ensure quality and adherence to SAP Clean Core guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior developers, building out the development and integration practice.
- Influence vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to align with approved methods and delivery standards.
- Lead project management activities: scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder communication for large‑scale SAP client engagements.
