Technical Lead – SIT/UAT & Defect Resolution

The Technical Lead will provide hands‑on technical leadership during SIT and UAT, ensuring rapid resolution of defects, system stability, and close alignment between development and testing teams during a critical project phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles
• Analyze and resolve complex functional, integration, and data defects
• Support defect root‑cause analysis and provide clear technical fixes
• Coordinate closely with QA, BA, and business stakeholders during triage
• Ensure code quality, configuration integrity, and deployment readiness
• Support UAT fixes, re‑testing cycles, and release sign‑offs
• Provide technical inputs to status reports, risk logs, and readiness assessments
• Mentor technical team members and ensure adherence to best practices
