Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical/engineering team to achieve project targets, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Foster open and effective communication with staff, workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
• Review and ensure all technical documentation submitted by subcontractors complies with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and local codes.
• Plan and implement daily works in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders on all project-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team, including Construction Manager, WHSO ,and QS Manager, to resolve engineering and operational issues and ensure project success in line with client expectations.
