We are looking for a Technical Product Intern who is passionate about products and technical support to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion Support
- Assist with product testing and technical validation
- Create product operation/demo videos and technical documentation
- Support product promotion activities
- Organize and maintain internal materials (documentation, knowledge sharing, training)
- Assist in maintaining the Spain official website
- Localize and translate product materials into Spanish
- Comprehensive Technical Support
- Provide support for after-sales technical issues
- Assist the technical team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Gradually engage in direct customer interaction
- Take on increasing technical responsibilities over time
