Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end formation of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering to launch and adoption, while managing program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies. Translate non-technical team needs into clear technical specifications, coordinate across global engineering, product, and regional stakeholders, and resolve blockers proactively. Prototype, build, and iterate on AI workflows and integrations, evaluate and incorporate AI/LLM capabilities, and improve existing tools based on user feedback and performance data.
