**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience in planning and designing network infrastructure within the EMEA region.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience managing programs within the networking sector.
+ Experience in IP, OSP, and optical networking design and planning.
+ Experience delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management.
+ Ability to learn and balance business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
+ Ability to be comfortable in navigating ambiguity.
